About the Company

Our client, a rapidly growing Software business based in Milton Keynes are looking for an Account Manager. The role will be home based four days per week with one day per week in the office.

About the Role

The Account Manager is a key member of the team and plays a fundamental role in the successful delivery of products and services to customers, alongside the Account Management and Support Teams, ultimately leading to the success and profitability of the business.

Responsibilities:
• Contributing to, devising and implementing strategies to improve performance and delivery of the product
• Responsible for strategic delivery of a portfolio of customers including analysis of data and preparation of presentations to support strategic improvements within a customer
• Liaison between the customer and the internal Project team, ensuring that the implementation achieves the agreed objectives of customers
• Production and analysis of management information
• Understanding the customer and their goals and objectives
• Owning the operational delivery of the product
• Building and developing relationships with key operational customer stakeholders
• Delivering an exceptional standard of customer service
• Delivering a positive customer experience for all customers and users
• Input into the development of the solution and offering
