About the Company

After a period of sustained growth, our client has developed a successful and disruptive business and are looking to build their sales and marketing function to increase their market presence.

Reporting into the Head of Sales, the successful candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities and will play an important role in their future success.

The role will be home based 4 days per week with 1 day in their office in Milton Keynes.

About the Role

• Research / analysis of potential markets and clients for new lead generation campaigns
• Engaging and qualifying leads for the wider sales team
• Book meetings, appointments, and demonstrations on behalf of the wider sales team with a seamless handover
• Establish initial contact with prospects via the telephone and email
• Ownership of all your lead generation in CRM system ensuring information is always inputted accurately
• Identifying and develop sales messages alongside Sales and Marketing functions
• Researching and mapping potential client contacts and roles
• Identifying and researching potential sales campaigns
• Conduct pre-call planning and micro-marketing activities
• Assisting with a range of marketing activity with the wider team
• Delivery of campaigns with a focus on quality
• Tracking all campaigns to ensure they are fully co-ordinated and aligned
• Feedback and analysis of messages / marketing to inform future campaigns
• Respond to enquiries and leads via telephone and email
• Proactively nurture leads and enquiries through the early stages of the sales cycle
• Deliver elevator pitches to prospective clients via outbound telephone activities

Essential Skills:
• Have at least 12 months of proven lead generation or relevant experience
• A clear communicator with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Motivated and task oriented
• Innovative and critical thinking aligned with enthusiastic approach
• Drive to hit targets and the ability to prove delivery against KPIs
• Be able to work independently and take initiative
• Ability to prioritise workload, and deliver against objectives
