About the Company

Due to rapid growth our client in the leasing industry is currently recruiting a Sales Executive to join their existing team. Having grown significantly in the last year they are continuing to recruit experienced people from the leasing industry.

About the Role

• The primary role of the Sales Executive is to find new clients by networking, directly approaching, leveraging marketing activity and using other means to generate interest from potential clients.
• Planning persuasive approaches that will convince potential clients to lease vehicles from the company.
• Developing a rapport with new clients, meeting objectives for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
• Responsible for growing and retaining existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
• Developing a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.
• Tailoring the correct solution in terms of vehicles for the right price a contract duration
• Liaising with the client through the process to keep them updated.
• Seeking opportunities to cross sell and upsell.
• Providing support to clients with any queries.
• Working as a part of a highly successful sales team.
• Providing customer service for existing clients as required.

Skills Required:
• Some exposure to the automotive industry
• Proven sales background
• Ability to regularly hit targets
• Enthusiasm and desire to succeed

The role offers a salary between £20,000 - £25,000 plus an additional £5,000 - £10,000 in commission
